Furniturel Stickers Magic (ZING MARKETING SERVICES LTD.) www.FurnitureStickersMagic.co.uk operates a simple returns policy:
Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.
Customer satisfaction is important to us, so if you aren’t 100% satisfied with the quality of any item within 30 days of receiving it, we’ll be happy for you to return the item for either a replacement item or a refund. We may ask for faulty/incorrect items to be returned to us for a quality inspection, to ensure those rare problems don’t occur again.
Customers will NOT be eligible for a refund or replacement of personalised or customised products:
- where errors occur from a typing error you may have made on the internet;
- for defects that are the result of ordinary wear and tear or abnormal use;
- or if you have changed your mind
Customers use all kinds of spelling variations for names, so it is impossible for us to know if it is a mistake or just different. So please ensure spelling is checked before an order is completed.
Our personalised products are made-to-order according to your specifications, so we can’t accept returns where the customer has simply changed their mind. Where goods have not been personalised or customised for the customer, the customer is entitled to cancel the order and return the goods for refund within 7 working days of delivery.

It is important that you take care when placing your order by checking your label preview provided in the FurnitureStickersMagic.co.uk website and reading over your shopping cart details to be sure all names are spelled correctly and all contact information (phone numbers) is valid. The WallStickersMagic Team prints information exactly as it appears on your order invoice, therefore if you notice an error of any kind please contact Customer Service immediately. If your order arrives differently than what is shown on your invoice, please contact our Customer Service Department.
All of our products which are personalised and therefore not suitable for re-sale. Hence we cannot offer refund for such personalised items for eg. name labels, personalised wall arts and height charts or any personalised items purchased from our website.
Any goods which are NOT personalised items and returned should be in saleable condition. We will be happy to offer you an exchange or refund on unused, undamaged NON PERSONALISED items or goods within 7 days of it being received by you. Refunds will be made to the credit or debit card used to purchase the goods in accordance with these Terms and Conditions within 30 days.
We require that you return any goods which are NOT personalised items to us, unused in their original packaging with all original labelling attached. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value.
Before returning any goods you must obtain a Return Goods Authorisation (RGA) number. You can obtain an RGA number by emailing your request to www.FurnitureStickersMagic.co.uk Please indicate in your email the reason why the goods are being returned. All returned goods must be accompanied by a delivery note (this comes with the delivery of goods). The cost of returning the goods is your responsibility.
For all products, we are unable to refund any postage or shipping charges unless the return is a result of an error on our part or for faulty goods. Returns are accepted for new, unopened merchandise only and within thirty days of purchase.
Please note that any orders of non personalised ,cancelled after being processed will be subject to a 2.5% surcharge. Any promotional items must be returned with you order, or the value of the said items will be deducted at the time of crediting.

Return shipping/delivery costs and any applicable insurance costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will only be issued once we have the goods back in our possession.

Please send goods/items back via a signed for postal service for your own proof of delivery. This postage cost is not reimbursed (unless item is damaged/faulty).
All goods being returned in accordance with these Terms and Conditions must be safely and securely packaged to avoid damage in transit. We shall not accept any goods for refund if they have been damaged in transit otherwise. We strongly recommend when returning goods to us you use special or recorded delivery as we are unable to refund goods which are lost in the post. All goods shall remain your responsibility until we receive them.
Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. Please check your goods on delivery. If items do arrive damaged/faulty please let us know within 7 days and arrange to post them back to us. We will reimburse you these extra postage costs. Please contact us first for a returns number. If you do not inform us within 7 days, then we will have no liability for items said to be damaged/faulty on delivery.
